This year, we’re turning our queer gaze a little closer to home – with a special focus on films from India, and an extra-special spotlight on the chaotic, charming, ever-changing city we call home: Namma Bengaluru.

As part of our 15-year love affair with cinema, we’re also hitting rewind and bringing back some absolute gems from our past editions – films that stole hearts and provoked thoughts when they first screened at BQFF. In this current moment – heavy with uncertainty, but also resistance and renewal – we felt these films needed to be seen again.
